Exeter has many different art galleries dotted around the city. These include South Gate Gallery, Arts Council and Castle galleries. The Exeter Phoenix is a multipurpose building equipped with an Art Gallery, Sound Production business, where new and up and coming bands can go and record their music. It has a cafe that serves food and drink through out the day.
