Exeter has an interesting and exciting day out, this is at the medieval subterranean passages built to provide the city with fresh water from springs outside the wall this is the underground passages. Exeter has a beautiful Quay down by the river, with a selection of different and original shops and businesses.

Exeter has a good night life, with student nights on Thursdays, for the students of Exeter University. It has many pubs and clubs, creating a hub for student life in Exeter. Exeter has many different art galleries dotted around the city. These include South Gate Gallery, Arts Council and Castle galleries. The Exeter Phoenix is a multipurpose building equipped with an Art Gallery, Sound Production business, where new and up and coming bands can go and record their music. It has a cafe that serves food and drink through out the day.
