It is ranks amongst the most exciting and diverse cities on Earth, always busy with millions of people travelling in and out of the city every day.

The city's skyline is dominated with many world famous landmarks; The London Eye, The Shard, BT Tower, The Gherkin, St Pauls Cathedral, Tower Bridge and The Houses of Parliament - representing both the current engineering capabilities of the nation and its heritage. London's is the birthplace of modern banking, making it well placed as one of the prime sites of international finance. It is the home of Notting Hill Carnival which happens every year bringing lots of different walks of life together with music, dance and colourful costumes.

There is a huge range of restaurants from sophisticated diners to quirky pubs, all serving food and some of the best ales around. Camden Town and Covent Gardens are two of the most interesting places to visit, with lots of shops and stalls.
