For my age, I believe I have an impressive CV packed full of experience in a range of sectors varying from hospitality to audit. My talents are not just limited to sales and customer service. I am extremely proficient when it comes to technology and computers and I attain first rate Mathematical and English skills.

I am a versatile, highly motivated individual, with the passion, drive and determination to succeed with any task placed in front of me. I excel when I work individually, when I am part of a team or under pressure to meet demanding deadlines. My communications skills are second to none, and my peers would describe me as a friendly and outgoing person who can get along with anybody.

I use computers on a daily basis and can type 36 wpm. I attain excellent computers skills and I'm proficient in using programmes such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as being skilled in English Language and Mathematics having attained 'A' grades at GCSE, and an additional 'B' at A level Mathematics. I have obtained a Certificate in Food and Beverage Service – upon completion of my BTEC course I have acquired valuable skills that I believe are transferable to any area in the customer services industry.
